The East Whittier City School District values the input of its parents as it prepares to evaluate the implementation of the Local Control and Accountability Plan and Annual Update for the 2023-2024 school year. The LCAP is a tool for local educational agencies to set goals, plan actions, and leverage resources to improve student outcomes. The LCAP is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes that address state and local priorities. School districts can use the LCAP to share their stories and work with educational partners in the improvement process.
